Doug Damron is a senior managing director in the Washington, DC, office. Mr. Damron has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Clients range from non-profits, government affairs, and technology sectors with transaction and advisory work exceeding 4 million SF of assignments. Mr. Damron leads clients in the successful creation and execution of strategic real estate plans that aligns the business and operational enterprise with the integration of key financial, political, and human capital factors into an optimum real estate solution.
His experience includes consulting, site search, due diligence, valuation, acquisition and disposition of office properties. A primary focus of Mr. Damron is as broker, consultant and advisor to commercial occupiers for single site and multiple site commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Damron also leads the nonprofit practice group at Newmark which focuses on associations, social service agencies, and education clients.
His volunteer work includes civic service as well as board positions with educational, social service and advocacy organizations.

Christopher Lucey is a managing director in the Washington, DC, office. Mr. Lucey provides tenant representation services to a wide array of corporate and non-profit organizations, including associations, embassies, financial services firms, government affairs offices, government contractors, health care organizations, law firms and technology companies. Mr. Lucey specializes in insightful strategic planning, financial analysis and negotiating business terms that result in cost savings and space optimization for his clients.
Mr. Lucey has 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, previously as vice president at Cresa, where he offered tenant clients a unique perspective shaped by his prior experience at Cushman & Wakefield and Trammell Crow Company, representing institutional owners and developers of office, flex and industrial properties.
Mr. Lucey has completed over 7.2 million square feet of transactions with an aggregate value of over $1 billion.
